Banana and Kiwi Fiber Smoothie
Kiwi has more vitamin C than an orange and more potassium than a banana. It also improves blood pressure. Chia seeds are rich in omega 3 fat and they’re good for lowering blood sugar. This great smoothie will give you most of the fiber you need in one day which will lower your creatinine levels and improve your kidney function.
¾ cup skim milk
¾ cup sliced banana (frozen in advance)
1 kiwi peeled and diced
1 ½ T chia seeds
Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth and enjoy!
