This drink has all ingredients that are good for the kidneys and can also lower your blood pressure as well as be good for your heart. Orange juice and blueberries help with inflammation and nuts and yogurt are great for the heart while supplying protein.
½ cup 100% pure orange juice (calcium-fortified)
½ cup water
1/3 cup raw cashews
3 oz nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 cup frozen blueberries (unsweetened)
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth and add water if you like a thinner smoothie.
