Smoothie For Good Memory
Patients with kidney disease may have cognitive difficulties due to a deficiency of iron and omega-e fatty acids which have been known to negatively impact the memory. Poor memory can be a nuisance when you’re already dealing with so many other issues related to your health and it can make it more difficult to keep track of diet, doctor’s appointments, different recommendations, etc. So you should try what you can to keep that memory as sharp as possible. Keeping a notebook or writing notes to yourself on your phone can also be a great help.
This smoothie also provides an abundant supply of high-fiber, iron-rich beans, flax with omega-3 fats and many antioxidants (and you will not even taste the beans). These not only help with memory, but help to keep you feeling invigorated and your digestive system regular and well-balanced.
1 Cup Water
1/3 Cup black beans (cooked and unsalted)
