What you may not be aware of, however, is that it also contains kidney-friendly beta carotene which is great for healthy skin and may even stop wrinkles. Banana and nuts have lots of potassium which help lower blood pressure and oats are great for the heart and the kidneys.
Ingredients
¾ cup soy milk, unsweetened
1/3 cup 100% pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
1/3 cup banana slices, frozen ahead of time
1/3 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup oat flakes (from a box of old fashion oats)
1 T 100% peanut butter, unsalted
Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. Add more soy milk for a thinner consistency.
