Pain in Kidney Disease and Dialysis…What Should You Expect?
https://healthykidneyinc.com/
Robert Galarowicz for Healthy Kidney Inc. back again with more answers to the questions you’ve all been asking. One of the major kidney disease questions we get is about what to expect regarding dialysis and the kidney disease experience in general. Generally, kidney disease itself and the process of undergoing dialysis aren’t painful per se, but the symptoms associated with CKD can be extremely painful and contribute to ongoing discomfort and a significant drop in quality of life over time.
It’s also worth noting that the process of preparing oneself for dialysis by having a fistula surgically inserted is rather painful. So there are certainly aspects of chronic kidney disease and recovery which are painful and not very pleasant.
If you check out our blogs, you’ll find tons of information about what to expect if you or someone you care about has just been diagnosed with CKD along with articles about kidney disease studies, healthy alternatives in foods and healthy diets for kidney disease, supplements and kidney disease, kidney cleanses and more.
