I really prefer the extra virgin olive oil because it does so many good things for your body. The research is overwhelming and we know it does so many good things for your kidney. It can help your cholesterol, help your mortality rate, it doesn’t raise the blood sugar which is a great thing. It has a lot of antioxidants, polyphenols so many good things in there.
By adding in two to three tablespoons you’re going to get 240 to around 360 375 calories per day which is a good amount. At the end of the week that’s going to be about 2500 calories, so you add quite a bit of calories into your diet. A very healthy form with no protein. It doesn’t affect the blood sugar, and it can help your health overall. So something you can do, if you’re losing too much weight you’re worried about that. Also if you’re going to go on a low protein diet it does depend low you go, you may want to take essential amino acids or keto analogs and essential amino acids.
