It’s going to protect your kidneys. You want to do something to protect your kidneys. You don’t want to go through something without any protection.
Hydration and Quercetin are very important. Also, take your antioxidants and any other kidney supplements. Of course, make sure you always see a medical doctor if you get a virus.
